Terrace assembly accessories

Mounting accessories are an indispensable aspect of terrace construction, ensuring not only durable, but also aesthetically pleasing and functional fixing of joists, decking boards and patio panels. These inconspicuous components are the key to creating a solid terrace structure that will last for many seasons.

The first of these are the angle brackets, which act as the right-angle joints between two joists. It is thanks to them that the terrace can take a variety of shapes, while protecting its edges by giving them a finished look.

Clips are another indispensable component, allowing the decking boards to be securely and permanently fixed to the joists. They are available in different variants, including a starter version and two mounting versions: PICLIP and PICLIP PRO. Importantly, these clips are compatible with decking boards that have a side groove. Thanks to their automatic expansion joint of 6 mm, they not only guarantee precise installation, but also leave room for natural expansion and contraction of the boards depending on temperature changes. This solution makes it possible to fix the boards firmly to the joist, while allowing them to be easily removed from any part of the decking without dispersing the entire structure, as is often required with traditional clips available on the market.

Joists are the elements that allow two joists to be connected at the same time at a single point. They are what make the decking even more stable, preventing any possible shifting.

Self-levelling pads are the solution for uneven areas. They allow the terrace surface to be levelled and guarantee the free flow of water in areas where traditional supports are not practical, such as balconies with a low threshold or areas around window frames. Available in a variety of sizes, they allow customisation and help to eliminate uneven terrain and protect the terrace from possible deformation.

Joist pads are an important part of protecting the wooden joists from moisture, significantly extending their life.

Brackets, on the other hand, make it possible to create the side development of a terrace with ceramic tiles, without the need for glue or brickwork. They are resistant to weather conditions, which guarantees their durability and aesthetic appearance for many years.
